Purpose of the Activity
Hone your skills in the world of culinary arts. Learn how to make classic favorites from scratch. Menu includes: Cacio e Pepe Pasta (creamy parmesan sauce with roasted cherry tomatoes,) Fudgy Brownies, Chicken OR Eggplant Parmesan, Cinnamon Apple Hand Pies, & Neapolitan Style Pizza. Due to the time restrictive nature of this class, menu substitutions cannot be met. Food will be cooked in a peanut/tree nut free kitchen. Recipes contain the following allergens: Dairy, Gluten, Eggs.
