Purpose of the Activity
Students will learn new skills and enjoy time together doing jigsaw puzzles. Take a break from those screens and get lost in a puzzle! 100 pieces? 500 pieces? Or up for the challenge of 1000 pieces? Bring a puzzle or borrow a puzzle, and let’s spend some time together each week completing them while learning new skills and strategies. However, no supplies are needed. Puzzles will be provided for after-school club use. Studies have shown that doing puzzles boosts mindfulness and provides stress relief. All ability levels are welcome!
A permission to participate form should be on file with the club sponsor or coach to participate in the program.
