Report A Concern

See Something Say Something

If you have information or See Something concerning regarding: 

  • Bullying
  • Racial harassment
  • Safety

Say Something and please fill out the See Something, Say Something form to the best of your knowledge and submit.

The form is monitored by administrators during business hours. If you are submitting a report outside business hours and you believe someone is a threat to themselves, in imminent danger or any other extreme concerns, please call 911 or your local police department at one of the numbers below:

You may also use Lake County Text-a-Tip, which is a 24/7 crisis hotline for high school students who are concerned about the safety of themselves or a peer.
