Registration of Grades K-8
Families may register a new student any time during the year by completing a registration form, presenting either a transfer slip or the most recent report card from the child’s former school district, a birth certificate, and proof of residency. Families will be asked to sign a release form giving District 103 permission to secure the student’s record from their previous school.
The child’s birth certificate or alternative must be presented as proof of age and identity. State law requires school districts to verify their students reside within the district’s boundaries. We verify residency to help safeguard the investment our constituents make in School District 103.
