Report an Absence

Students with a fever (higher that 100 degrees), or who experience diarrhea or vomiting should remain at home until being symptom free for 24 hours. Students with undiagnosed rashes may be sent home and referred to their healthcare provider for diagnosis and would require a note upon return.

 

Physical Education Exclusion Guidelines: In the event of illness or injury, a parent request to excuse a student from participation in physical education class and recess will be honored for a maximum of two days. If further recovery is needed, a note - American Academy of Pediatrics form from the student's healthcare provider is required.

 

If your child will be absent from school, please call before school begins to notify the school of your child's absence.
