Seventh-grade students reviewed elements of literature in ELA to start off the 2022-2023 school year. Mrs. (Justine) Braskich and Mrs. (Tabitha) Lueken worked on a strategy to compose inferences with students. They were given an image and instructed to develop objective and subjective statements based on the details from the image.

Inferring is a strategy used across all content areas at Daniel Wright and will aid in furthering critical thinking within small group discussions and written tasks. Throughout the academic year, students will continue to have opportunities to make meaningful connections to the academic content provided at Daniel Wright.
