Appreciating Our Volunteers

National Volunteer Week is a time to celebrate the impact of volunteer service in our schools and communities. District 103 volunteers give countless hours to benefit our students and help our district excel. We are grateful for all you do for District 103 and Thank You for the tremendous positive impact you have on our school community!

In connection with National Volunteer Week, which takes place April 16-22, the Lincolnshire–Prairie View School District 103 Board of Education will recognize its volunteer leaders at its meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, at the D103 Administration Building, 111 Barclay Blvd., Lincolnshire.

We welcome the community to attend the board meeting either in person or through our YouTube channel to support the recognition of the leaders of the district's Parent Teacher Organization and Learning Fund Foundation.

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is our volunteer-based non-profit organization that focuses on supporting our schools to enhance the learning process of our children.

The Learning Fund Foundation is a group of volunteers who collaborate to bring innovative learning programs, experiences, and scholarships to our D103 students.

"We are very honored to work alongside our PTO and Learning Fund Foundation. Both organizations provide needed financial and volunteer support for our staff to enhance our students' learning throughout the year. We are grateful for our treasured partnerships." said Superintendent Scott Warren.
