Although Sprague celebrated National Plastic-Free Lunch Day this week, from the looks of many students' lunches, dining waste free is an ordinary part of the lunch packing process at home. On Wednesday, Nov. 8, the school community united to positively impact the environment. National Plastic-Free Lunch Day offered students an opportunity to learn about the importance of reducing plastic waste and to engage in eco-friendly practices.
