The hallways at Sprague School are being used as one way to promote the school’s yearlong initiative, The Wildcat Way, said Jacqueline Bever, who is helping to head up this initiative.

"Bulletin boards are encouraging students to embrace social and emotional learning by teaching them ways to help build empathy and kindness toward themselves and others. Students are able to see themselves as the 'I' in 'Kind' while looking in a mirror," Mrs. Bever said. "They see how their strengths and likes fit together to help each other in their school environment. Social and emotional learning are a priority for our Wildcats to create a positive and inviting culture that brings the school’s community together," she said.
