Dr. Nusbaum has been an educator for over 15 years and possesses a deep knowledge of educational leadership and varied experience in administration.

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from National-Louis University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.

Dr. Nusbaum and her family live in Lincolnshire.  As a member of a multicultural family, she appreciates being part of the diverse and customarily rich Lincolnshire community. In her youth, respect, tolerance and high ethics were expected and modeled daily.

Dr. Nusbaum attributes her professional, academic and personal growth to the strong support from family, friends, colleagues and mentors. She firmly believes it is vital that as an educational leader she remains anchored to her core values: Integrity, honesty, transparency and humility. She is committed to highlighting these core values in her academic, personal and professional life.
